Transport 

When the order has reached into our ordering centre, You will receive a confirmation via e-mail concerning delivery time. If there is a situation that a product has run out of, You will receive a new delivery time. 

 

If the product is available in our stock, the order will be carried out in 1 up to 2 working-days, dependent on the time of receiving your payment.

 

Submission of a complaint

According to the law (Law of Obligations Act), products have the date of submitting a complaint. The latter does not apply when a disadvantage of the good has been caused of wrong utilization or from attrition. In order to submit a complaint, You must have the original invoice that You received with the good. 

 

Returning the goods bought over the Internet

If the good You have bought online, does not suit You for some reason, You can return it in 14 days. Returned good has to be unused and/or unopened in original package. The money for returned good is transferred to the customer’s bank account at the first opportunity but not later than during 7 days after we have received the good. Shipping cost (postage) is not refundable.
